We try to show product images, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur because of photography and screen settings. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
You can order through our website or through WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after our team contacts you and confirms it. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, details are incorrect, or we suspect misuse.
Cash on Delivery is available. You agree to pay the full amount, including the delivery charge, when you receive your parcel. Other payment methods, if offered, will be shown at checkout.
Delivery charges and estimated times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy: 80 BDT inside Dhaka (2-3 days) and 150 BDT outside Dhaka (3-5 days). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Damaged or wrong products are covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.
