Welcome to ElzyraFashion. By using this website or placing an order with us you agree to the following terms.
1. Products & Prices
We try to show product images, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur because of photography and screen settings. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
2. Orders
You can order through our website or through WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after our team contacts you and confirms it. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, details are incorrect, or we suspect misuse.
3. Payment
Cash on Delivery is available. You agree to pay the full amount, including the delivery charge, when you receive your parcel. Other payment methods, if offered, will be shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy: 80 BDT inside Dhaka (2-3 days) and 150 BDT outside Dhaka (3-5 days). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Exchange
Damaged or wrong products are covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the name ElzyraFashion, logo, images and text, belongs to ElzyraFashion and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ElzyraFashion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
